By partnering with technical colleges, vocational schools, and Holt Ag Solutions, NexTECH provides students with hands-on training, access to AGCO’s latest equipment and curriculum, and opportunities for dealer sponsorships and internships.
This program ensures graduates are well-prepared for careers in agricultural equipment service and technology, addressing the industry’s growing demand for qualified technicians.
There is no application for the NexTech program. Students that enroll at Chemeketa Community College, Merced College, or Reedley College, have access to the NexTech Program.
